Return Timeframes

  • Hats, Belts & Clothing: Eligible for return within 7 days of purchase.

  • Golf Balls, Golf Bags, Gloves, Golf Clubs, and Accessories: Eligible for return within 15 days of purchase.

  • Special Offers, Promotions & Final Sale Items: No returns or exchanges. All sales are final.


Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • Products showing signs of wear, use, or damage will not be accepted.


Store Credit Only

  • No cash refunds will be issued.

  • Approved returns will be provided as store credit equal to the purchase amount.

  • Store credit must be used within 30 days from the date of issue.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Sale items (special offers, promotions, and clearance).

  • Gift cards and digital products.


How to Return an Item

  1. Bring your item(s) to our store location or ship them back to us (customer covers shipping).

  2. Provide your receipt or order confirmation for verification.

  3. Once approved, you will receive your store credit via email or in-store voucher.
