3. Shipping Costs

4. Tracking Information

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to update in the carrier’s system.
5. Risk of Loss & Responsibility

Once an order is handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.

D Golf Store is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

D Golf Store is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses.

Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
7. International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices.

Customs clearance procedures may delay delivery beyond estimated timeframes.
8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Claims for missing or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement item or store credit, at our discretion.
