Thank you for shopping with D Golf Store. Please review our Shipping Policy before completing your purchase. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • If any delays occur, we will notify you promptly via the email provided at checkout.


2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

  • Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Estimated delivery times (after processing):

    • Puerto Rico & United States: 3–7 business days

    • International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs)

  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are displayed at checkout and depend on product weight, size, and delivery destination.

  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised.


4. Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to update in the carrier’s system.


5. Risk of Loss & Responsibility

  • Once an order is handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.

  • D Golf Store is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • D Golf Store is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses.

  • Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.


7. International Shipping & Customs

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices.

  • Customs clearance procedures may delay delivery beyond estimated timeframes.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

  • Claims for missing or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement item or store credit, at our discretion.
